This precious barley is mixed by master brewers with hops and spring water and brought to maturity over months in our special mountain cellar. “Natureperle” - a beer of outstanding quality.

Holzfass Oak Barrel Beer

The beer is aged for up to four months in oak barrels, which gives it its inimitable character.

Cloudy orange-brown coloured, white head. Aroma of wheat, like a hefeweizen with notes of banana, combined with some caramel malts, really nice. The wheat flavour is more subtle, and it’s the caramel malts that together with the hops that dominate.
